Printing problems sorted

We try to deliver prints within 7-10 working days, however, the last week or so found some customers waiting longer than this for prints to arrive.
There has been a small problem with the software used to transfer images to our print lab which has now been solved after a recent software upgrade.
We appologise for any inconvenience that this has caused and we have now been assured that this problem should not occurr in the the future.
